This Privacy Policy explains how JobWire (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit getjobwire.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information you provide. When you start a trial or subscription, we collect your email address, the county and trades you choose, and payment details through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This information is collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and any analytics tools we may use.

Information about leads.JobWire surfaces public posts in local online communities where homeowners ask for help with home projects. We show subscribers a short summary of the request, the poster's display name, the general location and a link to the original public post.

We use information collected through the Service to:

• Process payments and send the lead alerts you subscribe to
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about your subscription, support, or updates
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service. These include:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — DNS, email routing, and security
• Vercel — application hosting
• Google Firebase — database storage

Each provider has access only to the information needed to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy and security policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JobWire, our customers, or others.

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function (such as session and security cookies). We may also use third-party analytics and advertising cookies in the future to understand usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain payment and order records for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Lead summaries are shown on the Service for 24 hours and retained only as long as needed for operational purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to processing.
