This Privacy Policy explains how JobWire (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit getjobwire.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information you provide. When you purchase a lead, we collect your email address and payment details through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This information is collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and any analytics tools we may use.

Information about leads. JobWire compiles homeowner contact information (name, phone number, service requested, location) from publicly available sources where homeowners have indicated they are seeking home service quotes. This information is delivered to contractors who purchase access to it.

We use information collected through the Service to:

• Process payments and deliver purchased leads
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about purchases, support, or updates
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service. These include:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — DNS, email routing, and security
• Vercel — application hosting
• Google Firebase — database storage

Each provider has access only to the information needed to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy and security policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JobWire, our customers, or others.

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function (such as session and security cookies). We may also use third-party analytics and advertising cookies in the future to understand usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain payment and order records for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Lead inventory data is retained for operational purposes and removed from public listings after purchase or after 24 hours, whichever comes first.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to processing. We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US.
