Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getjobwire.com and the services offered by JobWire (“JobWire,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Service or purchasing a lead, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

JobWire compiles homeowner contact information from publicly available sources where homeowners have indicated they are seeking home service quotes. We sell access to that information to licensed contractors and home service professionals on a pay-per-lead basis.

Each lead listing displays the service category, city, state, zip code, and how recently the homeowner's request was posted. Full contact details (name, phone number, job description, dates) are delivered to your email address after payment is completed.

Leads are priced at $10 USD each unless otherwise stated. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no account required. Payment is processed by Stripe and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

Once a lead is unlocked and delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable except as described in the “Replacement guarantee” section below.

We stand behind the accuracy of the leads we deliver. If the phone number provided in a delivered lead is disconnected, invalid, or obviously belongs to a different person than the one named in the lead, you may request a free replacement lead by emailing support@getjobwire.com within 24 hours of purchase. You must include a screenshot or other reasonable proof. Replacements are issued at our discretion and are limited to similar service categories and locations.

Replacement requests do not apply to homeowners who answer but decline service, who have already hired another contractor, or who do not respond to outreach.

You agree to use leads purchased through JobWire only for legitimate business purposes. Specifically, you agree:

• To contact homeowners only about the service they requested
• To comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and any state-level rules concerning unsolicited contact, do-not-call lists, and SMS marketing
• Not to resell, redistribute, share, scrape, or republish any lead data obtained through the Service
• Not to use leads for spam, harassment, identity theft, or any unlawful purpose
• To stop contacting a homeowner who asks not to be contacted

You are solely responsible for your communications with homeowners and for compliance with all applicable laws. JobWire provides data; how you use it is your responsibility.

Once you unlock a lead, it is removed from the public listing. We do not knowingly sell the same lead to another contractor. However, the underlying homeowner may have posted similar requests on other platforms outside our control, and we cannot guarantee they have not been contacted by other contractors.

The Service and all leads are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any lead will result in a job, or that any homeowner will be reachable, in market, or willing to hire. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobWire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobWire from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of leads, your communications with homeowners, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

The Service does not require account creation. Each purchase is a standalone transaction. We may, at our discretion, decline to sell leads to any party, refund a purchase, or block access to the Service for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

All content on the Service, including the JobWire name, logo, design, and software, is the property of JobWire or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. These Terms will continue to apply to past and ongoing transactions even after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
